Is a work at your pace program to target trouble areas. We focus on strengthening & sculpting the core, abs, love handle, and Turkey arms. If your looking to blast the buns and shape your legs this program is for you. We do some basic to challenging movement without compromising form or technique.
Fun, interactive & dynamic camp that focuses on speed & agility, power & strength, motivational & nutritional guidance, & overall improve athleticism & sports performance and we can’t forget the factors they deem most important. SMILES & FUN.
The Daniel Plan is a groundbreaking healthy lifestyle program founded on biblical principles and focused on five life essentials: Faith, Food, Fitness, Focus, and Friends. Each week we learn and discuss these five principles. There is also an exercise component throughout the week.
